Steps For Online Application

Open the web site link www.gcmalerkotla.in

  1. Candidate Registration
    1. Click Apply Online.
    2. Open Window naming “New Candidate Registration”, fill the basic details like candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, contact details, E mail id.
    3. Click on I Accept in the undertaking.
    4. Click on Submit.
      (Important: Re check all the particulars filled above)

  3. Show Registration Details.
    1. In this step student gets a User name, password and Applicant ID.
      (Important:Applicants are requested to remember it and preserve it for future reference)
    2. Click on Pay Fee or Open https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm.

  5. Pay Prospectus Fee.
  6. Login with Username and Password After Activation
    1. Open www.gcmalerkotla.in/view/all/login.jsp
    2. Fill username and password
    3. Verify Recaptcha
    4. Click on log In button
  7. Mobile and E-mail Verification
    1. Check mobile and E-mail
    2. Click on Save. (Please wait till the processing goes on.)
  8. Personal Detail
    1. Fill all the particulars given in the image shown below.
    2. All the particulars marked with red star are compulsory to be filled.
    3. After filling the form, Click on Save.

  10. Upload Photo and Signature
    1. Upload the photo and signature as per the instructions mentioned on the screen.
    2. Click on Browse and select image and click on upload button.
    3. Follow the same steps for uploading signature.
    4. Upload the University registration form. (Only For Fresher Student)
  11. Add Lower Examination Details
    1. Click on Add Lower Examination displayed in Side bar.
    2. Fill all mandatory details
    3. Select Subject and Click Add Button.
    4. Fill another exam detail (10th and +12 compulsory for fresher).
    5. Finally Click on Save.

  13. Admission Class and Subjects
    1. Click on Admission Class.
    2. After selection of class, subjects corresponding to that class are supposed to be selected.
  14. Reservation Category
    1. Applicant can select one or more than one reserved category from the main category.
    2. Click save
  15. Final Submit Details
    1. Click on final submit button once you fill in all the necessary details Final Submit button
      After final submission you can't change any details because your details will be locked.
    2. Popup will appear once you click on Final submit button
    3. Click on Confirm
    4. At last, Confirmation box will appear on the screen. Click on yes
